The Indiana Pacers were defeated by the Milwaukee Bucks on Friday night.
They fell 129-117 and their record slipped to 6-10.
Following the game, many people were discouraged by what they saw from Indiana’s main star.
Kendrick Perkins summed it up best on X, saying, “I think it’s time to have that conversation about Tyrese Haliburton.”

In the game, Haliburton scored 18 points and nine assists.
He was 42.9 percent from the field and 40.0 percent from the three-point line.
For the season, Haliburton is averaging 15.5 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 8.5 assists.
His numbers are down across the board, and that is concerning because he was so red-hot last season and even led the league in assists per game with 10.9.
Haliburton seems to be off his game and not playing with the same sort of decision-making skills that led to him being such a superstar in 2023-24.
Some fans feel it’s just him shaking off the rust at the start of the season, while others fear that he’s not the player he used to be.
The good news is that there is still a lot of time left in the year, and Haliburton can turn things around and perform much better—and soon.
However, after 16 games, many Pacers followers are unsure of what’s next for him and if he can really get on the right track.
Haliburton was an All-Star this year, and now he looks like someone who isn’t confident and isn’t sure what he’s doing.
He has probably heard the criticism and negative feedback and wants to make changes.
Can he or is time running out?
