Simeon Burke says he is being treated differently to others in apprenticeship application
Lawyer Simeon Burke, a brother of controversial schoolteacher Enoch Burke, has complained he faces being “shut out” of the professional body for barristers and practice in the courts.
Mr Burke, a recently qualified barrister, said he had been unable to find an experienced barrister to act as his mentor for a one-year apprenticeship he is required to undertake.
