Gabriel Yorio is elected president of CABEI

Mexico City /

The undersecretary of finance, Gabriel Yorio, highlighted that he was elected as president of the Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI), in his role as governor for Mexico.

He added that the country celebrates 30 years as a member of CABEIwhich celebrates its LXII Assembly of Governors in Mérida, Yucatán.

Yorio González stressed that it is about an important one is that of the regional integration banksince it must take advantage of the talent and potential of Central America and southern Mexico.

“In addition, given the limitations faced by banks such as the IDB and the World Bank, it becomes more relevant to mobilize resources in the region and have financial strength,” he added.
