How did the players fare in Middlesbrough’s 5-1 win over Luton Town?
MIDDLESBROUGH (4-2-3-1):
7 Dieng: Had a surprisingly stress-free afternoon, with even his distribution not really being pressured
7 Dijksteel: Slotted in superbly on the right of the back four – is proving to be a valuable squad player
8 Edmundson: Barely gave Woodrow a sniff before he was taken off late on – has proved a really astute addition
7 Clarke: Ensured that a fired-up Morris was not really a factor for Luton in the closing stages
8 Ayling: Wasn’t fazed at all by the switch to the left-hand side – still used the ball really well
8 Morris: Kept the ball moving in the early stages when Luton were still in the game, and helped Boro kick on
7 Hackney: Became increasingly influential at the heart of midfield – set Doak away in the build-up to the third goal
8 Doak: Claimed two assists as he set up Burzorg’s opener and Azaz’s first goal – excellent again on the right
9 AZAZ: Was just about unplayable as he had a hand in all five of Boro’s goals – his best display for the club
8 Burgzorg: More than justified his first start since August with two goals in a fine attacking display
8 Latte Lath: Scored a superb goal and also set up Burgzorg’s second – a fine return to the side
Subs:
Barlaser (for Morris, 70)
Hamilton (for Burgzorg, 70)
Conway (for Latte Lath, 70)

LUTON (3-4-1-2):
Kaminski 4; Holmes 4, Mengi 4, McGuinness 3; Hashioka 5, Baptiste 4 (Krauss 55, 4), Walsh 4 (Nakamba 59, 4), Bell 4 (Moses 46, 4); Chong 5; WOODROW 5 (Morris 55, 5), Adebayo 4 (Clark 59, 5).
Subs (not used): Krul (gk), Andersen, Mpanzu, Brown.
Man Of The Match: FINN AZAZ – Scored two goals and had a hand in three others as Luton’s defence simply couldn’t handle him.
