The Los Angeles Lakers took down the Memphis Grizzlies in a fierce fight on Wednesday night.
As expected, LeBron James’ fingerprints were all over the Laker’s win.
That’s not surprising because James has been on quite the run lately.
As pointed out by Evan Sidery, James has scored 26.7 points, 10.4 assists, and 8.3 rebounds over the last seven games, with a true-shooting rating of 68.4 percent.
It’s his 22nd year in the NBA and James is still dominant.

Four other players were in double digits for the Lakers during Wednesday’s game: Anthony Davis had 21 points, Rui Hachimura and Dalton Knecht had 19, and Austin Reaves was solid with his 18 points.
It was a good night for the Lakers and brought their record to 7-4.
For the season, James has averaged 24.3 points, 8.1 rebounds, and 9.4 assists during his 11 games.
The fact that he is still nearing a triple-double for his average even as he reaches 40 years old is astonishing and a true testament to what James is capable of.
He has started strong and fans hope he can keep it up, although there is concern about how long he can play like this.
Ideally, head coach JJ Redick would be able to give James rest when he needs it.
But he is still playing 35 minutes per game, which is a very small dip from what he did last season.
The Lakers still desperately need James and, thankfully for them, he continues to play well and loves the game.
If he can keep producing numbers like this into his forties, the claims of him being the greatest of all time will only grow.
Seeing anyone score like this is impressive, but seeing someone who is just a month away from turning 40 do it is historic.
