The debate about who has the best NBA resume rages on today and will continue long into the future.
Colin Cowherd has offered his opinion about who has the most impressive NBA career and he made a very interesting, appropriate comparison.
According to NBACentral, Cowherd said that Michael Jordan was like “Seinfeld” while LeBron James is more like “Law & Order”.
Cowherd said:
“Michael Jordan was more like Seinfeld. Nine great years, highly impactful, still discussed today. LeBron’s become Law & Order. We’re on Year 35, I watched an episode two days ago, it still crushes. I know Michael played 15 seasons and many of them were great, but he was a shell of himself at the end. LeBron’s in Year 22, on any possession, best player on the floor.”
Colin Cowherd says LeBron James ‘easily’ has the best resumé in the history of basketball

James’ career has definitely spanned a long time, much like the run of the hit show “Law & Order”.
Even though he has been playing for 22 years, James is still doing amazing things and remains one of the most impactful players in the league.
Simply put, no one has ever done what James is doing at his age.
Jordan’s prime may have been shorter but it also may have been more influential and impressive.
Like “Seinfeld”, he didn’t last forever – and some people didn’t like how his career concluded – but he undeniably changed the league forever.
Both of these players are NBA icons and people will continue to talk about how important they are for the history of sports.
Their careers were quite literally game-changing and they will forever be viewed as icons of the game.
