Hip-hop mogul Kanye West is in hot water with a former employee. Murphy Aficionado is suing West for discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, and his lawsuit contains damaging allegations regarding West’s behavior while around West’s wife, Bianca Censori. Here’s what Aficionado said about West “exposing” Censori before running to the bedroom to have sex with her.
Kanye West allegedly ran into a bedroom to have sex with Biana Censori with his former employee present
Kanye West has found himself in more legal trouble in 2024. His former employee, Murphy Aficionado, started working for Yeezy as a project manager in 2022. According to a lawsuit filed by Aficionado, West didn’t fully pay his former employee over his nine-month employment. West also presented bizarre behavior with Bianca Censori.
The lawsuit states that Aficionado met up with West at the Beverly Hills Waldorf Astoria in November 2022. Censori was allegedly at the hotel resort and attempted to close the bedroom door next to the room where West and Aficionado met. However, West opened the bedroom door, “fully exposing Censori’s nude breasts” to Aficionado, according to People.
According to the lawsuit, “Abruptly and without warning, in the middle of their conversation, Ye dashed towards the room Censori was in. As he left Aficionado, Ye commanded: ‘Wait right here. Do NOT leave.’” West and Censori then allegedly had sex. West emerged 10 minutes later and wore a T-shirt with a swastika on it, asking the former employee, “Don’t you like my shirt?” Aficionado replied, “It is definitely unique ….”
The lawsuit noted that West also “randomly and without solicitation” showed Aficionado “nude photos of his ex-wife Kim Kardashian on his phone.”
Aficionado’s lawsuit continues with other claims, adding that West “had sex” with a masseuse on another day that same week and commanded Aficionado to wait.
Another lawsuit claims Kanye West uses his offices as a ‘sexual playground’
Kanye West’s ex-assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, first sued Kanye West in June 2024. In October 2024, a new 86-page court filing revealed more potentially damning information about West’s working world.
The U.S. Sun revealed that Pisciotta said West used his office as a “sexual playground.” Bianca Censori played a role in this as well. Pisciotta alleged that West’s wife served as his “former sex-party participant and coordinator” who was his “on-call sex party participant/employee.”
Pisciotta also claimed that she met with West and Censori at a Post Malone concert in November 2022 — a month before West and Censori secretly tied the knot. The former assistant had stopped working for West by this time. West allegedly grabbed Pisciotta by the throat and put his tongue in her ear. “I always knew what I would do to you if I ever saw you again,” West allegedly told her.
As for Censori, she was allegedly “unfazed” by the interaction between West and the assistant. Pisciotta added in the lawsuit that Censori participated in “twisted and bizarre sexual behavior, fantasy, and foreplay that resembled the actions” of West at the concert.
Bianca Censori is not a ‘victim’ of her husband’s, an insider claimed
Kanye West’s relationship with Bianca Censori continues to raise eyebrows. However, a source told In Touch Weekly that Censori is not victimized by West.
“Bianca is extremely intelligent, well-educated, and beyond ambitious,” the insider said. “This idea that she’s some sort of victim is way off the mark. She’s absolutely loving the attention she creates by baring her body in public.”
The source added that Censori has “no problem flaunting her incredible body” if that’s what West wants. “Putting up with his madness is a means to an end for her,” they continued. “Bianca is getting everything she wants in the way of fashion deals and connections.”
