Are we seeing the final days of Jimmy Butler playing for the Miami Heat?
There have been quiet rumblings of Butler being unhappy in Miami for some time and people speculate he could be leaving the team, especially if they don’t put together a stronger regular season record.
Naturally, fans are wondering where Butler would go if he was traded.
According to Bovada, per NBACentral, the Brooklyn Nets have the best odds of acquiring Butler.
They have +250 odds, followed by the Los Angeles Lakers with +350, the Los Angeles Clippers with +500, and the New York Knicks with +800.
The Houston Rockets, Orlando Magic, Denver Nuggets, and Milwaukee Bucks are also in the mix.

The Heat currently hold a 4-6 record and are without Butler, who is recovering from an ankle injury.
Seeing the Heat struggle at the start of the season isn’t anything new but it’s not too alarming either.
The team tends to get much better as the playoffs approach and they are known as an especially strong postseason team.
But Butler might not even be in Miami when the postseason rolls around.
At 35 years old, Butler is still a substantial help and is averaging 16.1 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 4.9 assists per game.
Whether he leaves via a trade or free agency, losing Butler would change the Heat in a big way.
The Nets have been acquiring a lot of draft picks recently so they could put together something worthwhile for the Heat.
Will Butler leave and where will he go?
The questions will continue to swirl around the six-time All-Star.
