Rob Gronkowski has cemented his place in NFL history.
Many consider him the best, or one of the best tight ends to ever play in the league.
His connection with Tom Brady was undeniable, and his dominance over opposing defenses was something to behold.
Many believe his touchdown record will never be broken, even by a player like Travis Kelce, who is also said to be one of the greatest of all time.
Now that Gronkowski is out of the league, he has taken part in several business ventures and is also involved in the media and podcast spaces.
He has appeared on several popular podcasts, including former teammate Julian Edelman’s “Dudes on Dudes” podcast.
Gronkowski was asked about playing against a defensive back like Richard Sherman, and what made him different and better than others at the position.
“What made him so great, what made him stand out from any other cornerback, was his height and his length,” Gronkowski said.
He also compared him to Randy Moss, indicating that his frame was similar to that of an elite wide receiver.

Sherman had a unique build for the position, and while some thought this would slow him down coming into the league, he ended up using it for his benefit.
Many times, he ran routes better than receivers did, putting him in a prime position to make a play on the ball and have a better opportunity to secure an interception.
