YouTube sensation KSI has appeared to aim a dig at Tommy Fury after it was confirmed that he would fight against Darren Till at the Co-op Live in Manchester on Saturday, January 18.
Speculation had risen over whether Fury could have been heading to Australia for I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here! But the Love Island star and professional boxer, who last fought in October 2023 with a points victory over KSI, will now face Liverpool former UFC ace Till in the first month of 2025.
As well as appearing on I’m A Celebrity, a rematch with KSI was also reported to be in store after ‘talks’ had taken place. And after it was confirmed that Fury will instead take on Till – who has never fought in a professional boxing bout before – KSI sent a pointed message to his rival.

In a post on X, formerly known as Twitter, KSI said: “Glad to know that the p**** knows his place. Working for me.” Those comments received over 700,000 views within the first four hours, with more than 11,000 people liking it. KSI seemed to get a mixed reaction from his verdict, too.
As for the fight itself, Fury is excited to go back into the ring for the first time in over a year and since his split from long-term partner Molly-Mae Hague. He said: “It feels great to, finally, say that I am back! I have been out of the ring far too long, I’ve been getting itchy knuckles, and so I am thrilled to be able to announce my return.
“This is extra special as I am the A-side and headlining a massive event in my hometown and in front of my fans, at Co-op Live. Till had a good UFC career but he’s stepping into the boxing ring now, against a proper pro, and he will quickly realise that he is out of his depth, and this is not the game for him. I plan on dealing with Till in conclusive fashion and then chasing even bigger fights in 2025.”
Till, meanwhile, said: “January 18 is my time, my night.”
Mams Taylor, Co-President of Misfits Boxing, said: “We are starting 2025 with a serious statement of intent! Fury vs. Till is an absolute banger, one of the biggest crossover fights that can be made, and it will set up the X Series for a record-breaking year.
“The build-up to this is going to be compelling, it could get personal, and the fight will be one of the most brutal we have ever seen on Misfits. Get your tickets now!”
