Swindon Town will learn the identity their opponents in the next round of the Bristol Street Motors Trophy on Friday evening.
After defeating Bristol Rovers and Tottenham Hotspur Under-21s in the group stages, Swindon made it through to the BSM Trophy round-of-32 draw for the second time since the introduction of a group stage in 2018 as they finished second in their group behind Exeter City.
The draw for the next round is set to take place at around 6.10 pm on Friday, November 22 live on Sky Sports News to determine where Swindon will be heading in the next round.
Having finished second in their group, Swindon will get an away tie against one of the group winners from the southern section, with the draw split between north and south up until the semi-final stage.
The southern and northern draws for the round of 32 have both been split into two further sections, so Swindon will be travelling to one of Walsall, Wycombe Wanderers, Charlton Athletic, or Peterborough United.
The next round will be played on the week commencing December 9, in between Town’s home clash with Fleetwood Town and the trip to Bradford City in League Two.
