Sister Wives star Janelle Brown has taken a pointed jab at ex-husband Kody Brown with a new t-shirt line. She debuted her latest business venture called “Janelle Says” in an Instagram story.

Over the past several seasons of TLC‘s Sister Wives, Janelle, and Kody Brown’s relationship has come to an end. However, that doesn’t mean Janelle doesn’t have a sense of humor about their split.
For her new business, Janelle created three t-shirts with sayings that reflect her relationship with Kody. The reality TV star debuted the line Nov. 19 on a new website called Janelle Says.
There are three sayings available to purchase. However, one was so popular it has already sold out.
The first t-shirt says, “Hold on, I’ll grab my list of things that bug me about you.” A second read, “I guess I missed the respect memo.”
A third and final offering is out of stock. It reads, “Teflon Queen. No longer making myself culpable for your s***.”
All tees are available in sizes small through 4XL. The colors are heather clay or heather forest.
Janelle Brown speaks out about her new business venture
Along with a page where Sister Wives fans could purchase these new items, Janelle Brown added a caption speaking of her new business venture. She says the idea is “tongue-in-cheek.”
Janelle wrote, “As you know, I’ve always believed in embracing life with a sense of humor and not taking ourselves too seriously. That’s where the idea for my new shop came from—something a little tongue-in-cheek, full of personality, and just plain fun.”
She continued, “I wanted to create a space where we can celebrate life’s ups and downs with a wink and a smile, and what better way than through shirts? Whether it’s a witty saying or a little reminder to keep going. Let’s have some fun!”
It appears the most popular version of Janelle’s shirt piggybacks on something her ex-husband Kody Brown said to her during a huge season 18 blowout on Sister Wives. His toxic remarks and attitude were present when he called Janelle “the Teflon Queen” after blaming her for not following his coronavirus (COVID-19) rules.
Fans react to Janelle’s new business
On Reddit, there’s an entire thread dedicated to Janelle Brown’s new business. Fans appeared to be in support of how she’s turning a negative experience with Kody Brown into a moneymaking venture.
“This is the Sister Wives closet I was waiting for,” wrote one follower. A second added, “I can’t wait for the shirt that says, ‘I’m gonna choose the kids and the dogs.’ Watch this do better in one day than My Sister Wife’s Closet did in ten years.”
A third Redditor claimed, “Maybe she can offer a knife in the kidneys shirt and give Christine a cut. Would love all these women to make bank from rising above his cruelty.”
A fourth fan posted, “She’s going to make big money on what he intended as an insult.” While a final one joked, “Kody said on the last show that Meri is his ‘favorite ex-wife.’ Janelle picked the perfect time to launch this. I want to see one that says ‘Not the favorite ex-wife.’”
