While they both acknowledge that the season has been disappointing and the team has underperformed, they even enjoyed dinner in the city just a few weeks ago.
Rodgers has a long history of power struggles with his employers, so this report wasn’t surprising.
The Jets might be one of the most disappointing teams in professional sports history.
The team will have some tough decisions to make, personnel-wise.
Of course, it will all depend on who they hire as head coach and general manager.
But judging by how things have unfolded this season, they have to at least consider potentially moving on from their future Hall of Famer quarterback in the offseason.
