The New York Jets have a big decision to make in the offseason.
There are reports about Aaron Rodgers not wanting to be there anymore, and while that might set them back for now, perhaps that could also be a blessing in disguise for them.
With that in mind, NFL analyst Andrew Perloff shared his list of potential destinations for the future Hall of Famer (via Maggie and Perloff).
Perloff lists his three best NFL offseason destinations for Aaron Rodgers:
1. Tennessee Titans
2. San Francisco 49ers
3. Minnesota Vikings— Maggie and Perloff (@MaggieandPerl) November 20, 2024
At No. 1, he has the Tennessee Titans.
Most people agree that Will Levis hasn’t shown enough to be considered the answer for this team.
Moreover, they still have a set of interesting talents, headlined by Tyler Boyd and Calvin Ridley, not to mention an offensive-minded coach.
Then, he has the San Francisco 49ers.
He argued that as much as they’re talking about Brock Purdy being hurt, he thinks Kyle Shanahan has fallen out of love with him.
Rodgers is a California native and grew up a Niners fan, and they have a myriad of talent on offense.
Last but not least, he has him pulling a Brett Favre and joining the Minnesota Vikings.
He argued that it would make sense, given that Sam Darnold is a free agent and J.J. McCarthy is a rookie coming off a major injury.
Rodgers hasn’t played well, and he’s not getting any younger.
Even so, he’s still one of the greatest quarterbacks of all time, so he’s most definitely going to have several offers sitting on his table, assuming he does decide to leave the Jets.
