Disney Lorcana players and collectors are already anxiously awaiting the release of the next set, Azurite Sea, but now they have even more reason to be excited as Screen Rant can exclusively reveal of two premium UltraPRO accessories coming to the tabletop game. Ahead of their official reveal at the Essen board game event in Germany today, Screen Rant can exclusively reveal these new Disney Lorcana TCG items. Disney Lorcana: Azurite Sea is scheduled to release in November 2024, with two premium UltraPRO accessories made available alongside it. As seen below, players can soon get their hands on a brand-new Disney Lorcana TCG premium card portfolio binder as well as a premium deck box. Disney Lorcana Reveals First UltraPRO Accessories For Players

As explained by the official description: “The Premium Deck Box, crafted with foil embellishments, a leatherette finish, and a strong magnetic closure, offers both style and functionality, safeguarding a player’s deck in a most stylish fashion. The fold-out lore tracker, featuring gold accents, is a great way for Illumineers to keep track of their progress as they race to victory.” The Deck Box will retail for MSRP: $39.99 USD/ 49.99 CAD.

As a special preview, the UltraPRO premium card portfolio and deck boxes will debut on October 3, 2024, at Essen Spiel and will be sold at the Disney Lorcana TCG booth (Halle 6 6E400).

Meanwhile, the Premium Card Portfolio will retail for $29.99 USD/ 39.99 CAD, with the official description explaining: “The Premium Card Portfolio holds up to 252 standard-sized cards, providing a sleek way to display and organize any collection. Made with premium materials and embellished with a leatherette finish, this elegant portfolio’s zippered design ensures players’ cards are safe and protected.” These UltraPRO accessories will be available at local game and hobby stores alongside the launch of Azurite Sea on November 14, 2024.

This Will Be The First Official Collaboration Between Disney Lorcana And UltraPRO

These won’t be the first accessories to be made available for the popular tabletop card game, as numerous card sleeve designs, playmats, card portfolio binders, and deck boxes have come out for every expansion release thus far. Taking stunning images from a few of the popular cards for each set, there have often been various styles of playmats offered, as well as deck boxes and sleeves for each Lorcana set release. The most recent set, Shimmering Skies, also debuted new 9-card portfolio binders featuring either The First Chapter artwork or the Lorcana card back image.

This collaboration with UltraPRO is of particular note for serious competitive players who look for longevity and durability from their TCG products, with the company being known for high-quality products for the community. The Azurite Sea expansion for Disney Lorcana will be launching this November, with a beautiful focus on pirates and seafaring looks. Cards are slowly being unveiled for the set, including Baymax, Chip and Dale, a fun pirate-themed Donald Duck, and a headlining pirate Stitch. This beautiful Stitch – Alien Buccaneer card will have its own, special collector’s gift set which will also include a new card portfolio of the little blue alien.

Players have long desired the inclusion of Big Hero 6 and Chip ‘n Dale: Rescue Rangers cards to the game. Interestingly, one of the chosen designs for deck boxes and sleeves to be released by Ravensburger with Azurite Sea will use the popular Hunny Wizard artwork from the game’s second set, Rise of the Floodborn, rather than new images from Azurite Sea. These, along with the new, premium UltraPRO card portfolio and deck box, will give players even more ways to store and show off their love of Disney Lorcana this holiday season.
