Aoife Johnston and Prof Brian Lenehan
The chief clinical director of the hospital where 16-year-old Aoife Johnston died was suspended after the head of the HSE raised 22 concerns about the discharge of his duties.
Details of the concerns have emerged in a lawsuit filed by Professor Brian Lenehan in which he is seeking an injunction prohibiting the HSE from keeping him on administrative leave pending a disciplinary process.
