Swift’s saying goodbye to “self-doubt” and hello to a “more confident and fearless” version of herself all because of Kelce. “[She] has felt like she’s had the best year of her life. Her relationship with Travis has strengthened so many parts of her and made her more confident and fearless,” a source told Life & Style. “Finding a love like this has changed Taylor.”
The pair met in the summer of 2023 and started dating after the Kansas City Chiefs tight end discussed wanting to give Swift his phone number—via a friendship bracelet—on his “New Heights” podcast. Since then they’ve publicly shown their support, cheering each other on at football games and concerts.
“Taylor has always been a strong woman but she’s also battled self-doubt and feared criticism like anyone else,” the insider explained. “She says getting older and being in a healthy, loving relationship has allowed her to let go of a lot of that.”

Not only has the “Fortnight” singer’s “self-doubt” disappeared thanks to Kelce but she’s “letting loose.” The insider claimed: “With Travis, she doesn’t seem so concerned with what people are or aren’t seeing. It’s refreshing for everyone to witness her being so much more relaxed and authentic.”
“Taylor’s embracing his unfiltered personality and letting loose herself more, too,” they went on. The changes in Swift haven’t been overlooked by those closest to her. “Everyone in her life has noticed how different she seems with Travis.”
“For the first time, Taylor has a man who is super enthusiastic and unapologetic about showing his support and love for her,” the source added, noting how her six-year relationship with actor Joe Alwyn, which ended in 2023, was private.

Until 2025 gets officially underway the Grammy winner and three-time Super Bowl champion are seeing each other as much as their busy schedules allow. “They’re spending as much time together as possible while balancing their careers and individual responsibilities—his game and her music empire, along with personal projects,” the source said.
Swift’s Eras tour ends in December 2024 just before she turns 35 on Dec. 13, 2024. Meanwhile, football season is in full swing for Kelce and the Chiefs, whose winning streak ended on Nov. 17, 2024, when they lost to the Buffalo Bills.
