Two brothers of five-time All-Ireland winning Limerick hurler Kyle Hayes were today remanded on bail for trial, charged with assaulting a man, and being armed with hurleys during the course of the alleged attack.
Cian Hayes (33) and Daragh Hayes (37), both with an address at Ballyashea, Kildimo, Co Limerick, appeared before Limerick Circuit Criminal Court for trial, however the court was told of a recent change in solicitors by Daragh Hayes which today resulted in the trial being adjourned to later on this month.
