A former truck driver, who claimed one of his fingers had been permanently damaged in a minor collision between his lorry and a bus, has lost a €60,000 personal injuries claim against bus company Go Ahead Transport Services.
Wayne O’Brien had been driving for Kings Laundry at the time of the March 2019 accident and told the Circuit Civil Court he had been parked on a roadside in Bray when the wing mirror of a passing bus collided with his mirror.
