Katherine Morgan wants someone to get married in her bookstore.
Since she got the keys in August, dozens of boxes have filtered into the downtown Portland brick-and-mortar. Most contain the usual suspects — paperbacks, literary tote bags and book-themed candles — but others have a more celebratory flair. There’s a cake stand and a set of champagne glasses, waiting patiently for any surprise engagements. Morgan herself has even been ordained.
