Two fatalities on Irish roads in 24 hours as garda Bank Holiday operation catches hundreds of drivers speeding so far

Two people have died so far on Irish roads this Bank Holiday weekend, gardaí said.

Gardaí are conducting bank holiday road safety operations and as part of this are out detecting poor driving behaviours such as driving above the speed limit.
