It’s that time of year again. So we have the comforting annual discussion about the turning back of the clocks. And really, something should be done. But we know it won’t — and next year we can have the same old guff again.
The people on either side trot it out now in leisurely, colourful fashion. They accept they are a bit of light relief from the actual news — comfort food, nostalgia; harmless fun where no one gets shot.
