New Transformers Movie Claims All-Time Rotten Tomatoes Record In Franchise History

Transformers One just set a major record that marks it as the most respected movie in Transformers history. The most recent release, Transformers One has enjoyed incredible reviews that honor its tone, energy, and animation quality. The performances by Chris Hemsworth (Optimus Prime), Brian Tyree Henry (Megatron), Scarlett Johansson (Elita-1), Keegan-Michael Key (Bumblebee), and the rest of the cast have also been a source of praise. Still, the sheer amount of acclaim is shocking.




With a 98% Popcornmeter score, the new release has officially become the highest-rated in the franchise. It sits seven points ahead of Transformers: Rise of the Beasts (2023), which earned a 91% score. Critics have been slightly less favorable, offering an 88% Tomatometer total. Still, both are extremely high marks that represent serious love for the animated blockbuster.
