Actions taken by executives have cast doubt on how agencies are run

Senior executives at three of Ireland’s four semi-state port agencies have launched legal actions over recent years, raising serious concerns over the status of Ireland’s critical port operations.
The revelation came as a former chief executive of Port of Cork, Eoin ÂMcGettigan, commenced a High Court action against the port company just months after lodging a protected Âdisclosure.
