Little did people know that the Game of Thrones star Peter Dinklage, who’s currently winning hearts with his role in Brothers, had quite the unexpected role in the Fifty Shades franchise.
While filming My Dinner With Hervé alongside Jamie Dornan, who is known for bringing the famous Christian Grey to life, Dinklage helped his co-star prep for reshoots of Fifty Shades Freed. How? Here is how!
How Peter Dinklage Helped Jamie Dornan Prepare for Fifty Shades Freed
It turns out Peter Dinklage is not only a talented actor but also an amazing friend. Nearly six years ago, on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Dinklage confessed to helping his dear friend and co-star, Jamie Dornan, with his lines for Fifty Shades Freed.
Dinklage stepped in to run lines for Dornan, playing none other than Anastasia Steele, Christian Grey’s onscreen lover. Though his contribution went uncredited, Dinklage wasn’t looking for recognition, he just wanted to help his buddy out. He said,
Filming for My Dinner with Hervé happened around the same time as the Fifty Shades Freed reshoots, so whenever there was downtime, Peter Dinklage would pop into Jamie Dornan’s trailer to help him run lines as Dakota Johnson’s Anastasia. Fans were undoubtedly amused by the thought and couldn’t help but wish they’d get a glimpse of Dinklage’s take on the iconic role.
Why Peter Dinklage’s Brothers is a Must-Watch!
Currently, Brothers is the talk of the town. Starring Josh Brolin, Peter Dinklage, Brendan Fraser, and more, this hidden gem has flown under the radar for many.
Directed by Etan Cohen, the movie follows two brothers trying to turn their lives around by hunting down some long-lost jewels. What makes their performances stand out is how believable their sibling bond is.
The film really thrives on their chemistry, Dinklage’s Jady is the troublemaker, always scheming and chasing quick money, while Brolin’s Moke tags along out of love, trying to make an honest living. It’s their sibling dynamic that draws people in, but there’s plenty more to love about this movie beyond just their great performances.
The story, the humor, and a stellar supporting cast Brothers has it all! It’s a perfect mix of heart and laughs. From the witty dialogue to the quirky characters that pop up along the way, every moment keeps audiences hooked. All in all a must watch!
