Gardaí made arrests as part of a clampdown on burglaries
Two career criminals and a juvenile associate of the men remained in garda custody today where they were being questioned about a spate of burglaries across seven counties.
The investigation into their activities is being led by Roscommon gardai where it is suspected that the gang committed up to ten burglaries near the Athlone area.
