A single mother of 11-year-old twins has said Budget 2025 should be about “equity” and providing support for the most vulnerable people in society.
Catherine Rossiter (50) from Stillorgan, Dublin, is raising her son Eoghan and daughter Aoife, who were born premature at 27 weeks.
