Despite the public pressure campaign to release Erik and Lyle Menendez, the Los Angeles District Attorney says no decision has been made yet on re-sentencing the brothers who were convicted of killing their parents in 1996. Meanwhile, while investigators are taking a fresh look at evidence surrounding allegations of abuse, some of which was excluded from trial. NBC’s Laura Jarrett reports for TODAY.
