Question: I was hoping for some advice on navigating interactions with a parent of a child in my son’s class in our small school. I knew this person before my children entered the school.
There were a few incidents — one where they verbally abused me, and another where they spoke negatively about me in a social setting to my employer, which threatened me professionally, I have chosen to keep my distance.
