Beetlejuice Beetlejuice has broken a major Tim Burton box office record. The highly anticipated sequel performed well and exceeded box office expectations during its first month in theaters, including having the second highest grossing weekend of all time for a movie released in September.
As per Deadline, Beetlejuice Beetlejuice is now Burton’s second highest grossing movie of all time at the domestic box office. It surpassed the 1989 Batman and is now only behind the 2010 live-action Alice in Wonderland, which remains Burton’s highest grossing movie domestically and globally.
