Hollywood star Bill Murray turned an ordinary night in a Donegal hotel into a starstruck occasion.
Staff at Caisleáin Óir Hotel in Annagry, West Donegal were going about their business when the star and his friends popped in.
Word quickly spread amongst staff that the Ghostbusters actor was dining with them.
And when Murray heard the staff were big fans he just had to oblige.

He was so impressed with the hotel’s cooking that he even left with a little doggy bag!
And the Groundhog Day star certainly proved a hit as he posed for pictures and signed autographs.
“What a gentleman. We had the privilege of having Bill Murray in for dinner and he popped in to thank and meet our entire kitchen crew. Thank you Bill,” said a spokesperson for Caisleáin Óir.
