A building consultant has had around €1.5m in debt written off and saved his family home under a personal insolvency arrangement approved by the High Court.
The debt deal for Thomas Brennan (70), of Gallagh, Clontibret, Co Monaghan, was sanctioned by Mr Justice Alexander Owens this week.
