To say that Caitríona Perry is busy, with days to go until what she’s calling “D-Day” — the day Americans go to the polls to vote in the US presidential election — is putting it mildly.
The BBC chief presenter has recently been helming the broadcaster’s podcast Path to the Presidency, in addition to the day job of presenting World News America. She has travelled to seven ‘battleground’ states in recent weeks, and has just returned from New York.
