The carpark of Coman’s of Rathgar – once one of Dublin’s best-known pubs – is set to be entered onto the Derelict Sites Register.
Dublin City Council placed a notice on the site on Wednesday stating that it is of the opinion that the land is “derelict” within the meaning of the Derelict Sites Act.
