A widespread Chinese hacking campaign against U.S. telecommunications networks has allegedly targeted the phones of Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump and his running mate, Sen. JD Vance, according to two sources familiar with the matter. Another source told NBC News that individuals linked to Vice President Kamala Harris’ campaign were also targeted.
