A top Kinahan Cartel executive and a sidekick have been named in legal documents as the sole vendors of EncroChat phones into the French underworld.
According to files seen by the Sunday World, Ciaran ‘Sam’ O’Sullivan and unknown barman Robert Noctor based themselves in the Alps and sold up to 380 handsets to French-based drugs and weapons dealers.
