Spanish authorities have issued a red weather warning for parts of the southwest in the region of Andalusia on Friday morning as the country comes to terms with the worst flooding disaster this century.
Some 202 people have been confirmed dead and “dozens and dozens” are still missing as devastating floods struck Valencia and other parts of eastern Spain this week.
