Two builders believed to be from County Kerry are allegedly behind a scam that cost a woman from Ontario, Canada, $158,000 after she feared her house was about to collapse due to a structural default.
Police in Toronto confirmed to The Kerryman they are investigating the incident that happened in late July involving two men working for a local building company in Ontario. The Kerryman understands the men may have connections with the North Kerry area.
