During his Love In Paradise: The Caribbean debut, Matthew said, “I cannot believe that through broadcasting I actually met the love of my life.” A year before they started filming, Matthew was doing a Live broadcast when Ana joined him as a viewer. When she first saw Matthew, Ana thought he was very kind and being cute with his audience, so they started talking and messaging each other. According to Matthew, there was a great connection between them right off the bat. Four months later, Matthew flew to Brazil where they spent a week together at a beach resort.
By the end of the trip, Matthew knew that Ana was the one. Five months later, Matthew went back to Brazil and was so eager to propose to Ana that he did it right at the airport. Immediately, Matthew and Ana applied for the K-1 visa.

The post had comments limited, but Ana commented, “Happily ever after.” The pair’s post was from August 9, 2024, although they officially got married in July 2024. Since Matthew and Ana have been quiet about their relationship on social media, it’s possible the pair could be seen on a 90 Day Fiancé spinoff, like 90 Day Fiancé season 11. However, there have been no spoilers leaked about it. They could also become cast members in 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? now that they are married.
90 Day Fiancé viewers haven’t seen Matthew and Ana on their TV screens since 2023, and there has already been a new season of 90 Day Fiancé: Love In Paradise since that. That means, Matthew and Ana are losing their relevancy. They may have made the marriage Instagram post to renew interest in themselves. Given Ana’s motivations for marrying Matthew, she could just be using him for a green card. Only time will tell if that is true.
