Anthony Dennigan (52) is to seek High Court bail next week, a sitting of Mullingar District Court was told today.
A man in his 50s charged in connection to two incidents which saw a motorist allegedly rammed off the road twice inside the space of four days is to seek High Court bail.
52-year-old Anthony Dennigan, Leney, Ballinalack, Westmeath appeared via video link at a sitting of Mullingar District Court this week.
