An eighth man has been accused of torturing a woman who was allegedly beaten, slashed and burned with weapons including a makeshift blowtorch in a “sustained and vicious” attack.
Emmet Black (48) is the latest man to be charged after gardaí found the woman (37) in a “bloodied, tortured and beaten state” in a flat in central Dublin.
