Married At First Sight fans are divided over the issues Polly and Adam have had on their honeymoon.
The couple consummated their marriage on their wedding night after meeting for the first time at the ceremony on the Channel 4 dating show. But after Adam showed her no physical intimacy during their honeymoon she became increasingly insecure.
What, how, and why?
When Adam stopped being intimate with Polly after their wedding night she became more and more concerned. During their honeymoon she kept asking him if she was doing something wrong. She climbed on top of him while wearing a bikini to give him a massage, in a bit to boost their physical contact.
Adam told her that he was a “slow burner” when it came to relationships. But he admitted to camera that he was struggling because Polly “Is not my type.”
On the last night of the honeymoon Polly confronted him again. She said: “So we went into it on the wedding night, and now it hasn’t happened all week. It would obviously just be nice for me to hear from you, like your head is kind of at the moment.”
Adam replied: “There’s nothing on your part. It’s I know it’s a bad thing, but it’s not you, it’s me. I feel like it can change. I do like you and I’ve got to know you I’ve realised how amazing you are and how good of a person you are.” Polly replied tearfully: “That was really sweet. I just haven’t heard such a positive praise from someone or a partner for so long. The fact that you are after such a short space of time, it’s It’s huge.”

Viewers had mixed feelings about the future of Polly and Adam’s relationship. While the majority seemed to agree that it was a bad match, some blamed Adam and called him vain and arrogant for leading Polly on.
One wrote on social media platform X: “#mafsukFeel so bad for #Polly- but also do not see the ‘good looking man’ she is referring to! #Adam is at best – average imo. I’m baffled as to why he has such a high opinion of himself” Another said: “Polly deserves so much better than Adam. He’s not the man for her. #MAFSUK” And another posted: “Why doesn’t Adam just tell her, I don’t fancy you, I want my usual type as that’s worked so well in the past – not!! #mafsuk”
But others thought Polly should stop pushing Adam for answers.
