Q: I’m wondering if you can advise me? I want to take my husband away in November for his 50th birthday. We love food, swimming, cities (we lived near London, have been to Paris, Madrid, Barcelona and Venice but not much else in Europe). I’m open to a Canary Islands suggestion, or a European suggestion — just to get away on our own will be magic. Where would you go with a loved one if you had four November days to get away?
