Poohniverse 2 Chances Get Promising Response From Producer Ahead Of Twisted Childhood Universe Crossover

The possibility of a sequel to the horror crossover Poohniverse: Monsters Assemble has gotten a promising update. The upcoming Poohniverse: Monsters Assemble, which is set to premiere in 2025, is part of the franchise known as the Twisted Childhood Universe which reimagines classic childhood characters as horror villains and kicked off in 2023 with Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey. The movies that have already come out or are set to premiere between that original title and the impending crossover include Blood and Honey 2, Peter Pan’s Neverland Nightmare, Pinocchio: Unstrung, and Bambi: The Reckoning.

Twisted Childhood Universe producer, director, and star Scott Chambers recently fielded a series of fan questions on Instagram including “Will we ever have a Poohniverse film sequel?” In response, he shared a selfie with the caption “Maybe (Probs but new villains as loads will die).” This would seem to indicate that discussions have already been had about the crossover franchise and the high stakes for the Twisted Childhood villains in the upcoming 2025 title.
