Sitting in Brooklyn’s notorious Metropolitan Detention Center after being arrested last week for sex trafficking and more, Sean “Diddy” Combs is now facing yet another sexual assault lawsuit, with dozens more potentially looming.
In an action filed today in New York City, a Florida-based former model claims the “Bad Boy For Life” performer intimidated her, drugged her, raped her and impregnated her over several years starting in 2021. Though Jane Doe claims that associates of Combs pressured her to have an abortion, she actually lost the child due to a miscarriage.

Still, allegedly forced to take ketamine, booze, have sex with other men and women, the anonymous plaintiff also says Combs tried to control her movement in and out of her and his homes. All of which sadly adds up to an M.O. common to the accusations from nearly one dozen other individuals against the Grammy winner since ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura went public in November 2020 with her claims of assault, abuse, violence and vindictiveness from Combs.
In language also common to most of the other lawsuits and accusations against Combs, the new 14-page filing details how after spending time with the rapper, the plaintiff frequently “would wake up with bruising and injuries but with no recollection of how she sustained her injuries.”
Represented by attorney Joseph L. Ciaccio, managing partner of NYC-based firm Napoli Shkolnik’s Personal Injury Practice, Jane Doe is seeking a swath of unspecified damages.
This latest suit comes three days after Thalia Graves filed her own action in the Empire State courts allegedly that Combs and a bodyguard rape her in 2001 and have been selling footage of the attack for years.
As seems to be the case with almost all the cases against Combs, it didn’t end there. “Following the assault and multiple times over the years, both Combs and Sherman contacted Plaintiff and warned her to be silent, threatening repercussions including Plaintiff potentially losing custody of her son if she ever disclosed the assault,” the three-claim civil suit from the Gloria Allred represented Graves says.
Arrested by the feds on September 16 at a Manhattan hotel, the on-going probe from US Attorney Damian Williams’ office charges Combs with sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution. The allegations in the unsealed indictment could see the 54-year-old Grammy winning rapper in prison for the rest of his life, if he’s found guilty.
Denying almost all claims against him over the past few months, Combs has plead not guilty in the DOJ case. Late last year, Combs initially called Ventura’s claims a case of “blatant blackmail,” before settling a day later for around $30 million. However, when the 2016 security footage of Combs beating Ventura in the halls of a LA hotel emerged on May 17, the rapper quickly took to social media to apologize for his “inexcusable” behavior – an apology not too many people viewed as genuine with other case piling up.
To that, it appears the NYC grand jury heard testimony today from a male sex worker who says he participated in Combs’ sordid “Freak Offs,” sources tell me. U.S. Attorney Williams has made it clear that the investigation into Combs is continuing. This latest testimony could lead to more charges, though nothing has been decided yet, I’m told.
Even in the unlikely event there are not more charges coming from the feds, it seems there are more charges coming from the Lone Star state.
In a social media post Friday, Houston attorney Tony Buzbee says his firm has been named “lead Counsel to pursue claims on behalf of more than fifty individuals who suffered sexual assault and abuse at the hands of Sean “Diddy” Combs and his cohorts.” Promising a press conference “early next week” and asking others to come forward, Buzbee goes on to say: “This group of brave individuals include both men and women; many were minors when the abuse occurred. Some of these brave individuals reported the incidents to the police, others did not.”
Neither Buzbee nor Ciaccio responded to request for comment on the matters they are handling respectively. Reps for Combs also did not respond to request for comment from Deadline on the allegations. If any of them do respond, this post will be updated.
Refused release on $50 million bond and home detention on September 18, Combs has no trial date yet in the federal case, but it appears both the prosecutor and the defense want to move fast to get things before a jury.
