Security staff stopped a man attempting to walk away with from a midlands based supermarket with a trolley load of stolen groceries totalling over €1,300.
Thirty-five-year-old Cosmin Vasile, of The Ranch, Boherboy Road, Saggart, Dublin, was apprehended moments after exiting SuperValu at Longford’s Hazelwood Shopping Centre on June 29.
