Unanswered questions last night grew over Sinn Féin’s facilitation of a paedophile being allowed to work with children despite the party knowing he was under police investigation.
Sinn Féin refused to answer basic questions from the Belfast Telegraph as more evidence emerged of the party’s appalling handling of Michael McMonagle, one of its press officers who last week admitted a series of child sex crimes.
