It is hard to believe I know but there was a time, certainly in an Irish context, when representative teams were more difficult to get off than get on. However, like most everything else in the oval ball code, all’s changed, changed utterly.
So after the most active calendar year in our rugby playing history a new season and, dare we suggest, a new era dawns as RWC 2027 comes into the new weekly vocabulary.
