THE trial of a barrister accused of murdering an intruder on his farm has been delayed after a witness was unavailable to give evidence today.
The presiding judge in the trial of Diarmuid Phelan told the jury there was a “difficulty” and the prosecution was not in a position to proceed with evidence this morning.
