“It’s always been a problem”: Women in Derry/Londonderry react to recent attacks
There is a palpable fear on the streets of Derry amid reports that a sex attacker armed with a knife is on the loose, with women in the city taking extreme precautions to protect themselves.
“I’m sorry, I can’t speak. I’m just too close to this subject — my friend was attacked at the weekend,” said one young student.
